End User License Agreement

Please make sure you understand the terms. 

Basically, don’t sell or give away the assets to a third party. 

Texture Supply offers a library of textures, models and videos (”Assets”, ”Content”) for digital artists (”You”, ”User”). This is an agreement between the user of the assets and Swedish entity Verity Capture AB, trading as ”Texture Supply”. 

Personal License
(Freelancers)

This is a single-seat license for individuals with less than $100,000 USD yearly revenue.

Team License

This allows for up to 10 seats for members of your team, who are registered employees or contractors employed by your business. You also have less than $2,000,000 USD annual revenue.

Enterprise License

For businesses that exceed 10 seats or $2,000,000 USD yearly revenue at the time of purchase. 

You are able to use the assets:

• with no additional licensing fees required,

• in unlimited projects forever,

• across all media worldwide, and

• in all personal, educational and commercial work.

However, you may NOT:

• use the assets as a logo, trademark or service mark,

• resell or redistribute the assets to users outside your license limits, or

• falsely represent or imply that you are the original creator of the assets.

If you wish to redistribute the assets in products such as models, scenes or packages, contact support@texture.supply, for an additional license.

Texture Supply reserves the right to update these terms without notice.
